The roles of our consultants are to assist in the process awareness by which the team during a team building event can take a meaningful look at itself, its functions, its method of working, and its goals for change.
During an indoor / outdoor teambuilding event the consultant would help the group solve its own problems by making it aware of its own group process and the way that process affects the quality of the team's work. The focus of the event will center on real life issues and concerns that the group faces on a day to day basis, inventories, simulations, and structured experiences generally play a minor role in our teambuilding sessions. Consultant's roles:
Every team requires unity. A team has to move as one unit, one force, with each person understanding and assisting the roles of his teammates. If your team doesn't do this, whatever the reason, it goes down in defeat. You win or lose as a team, as a family!
