Release Date
Once an event has been chosen a tentative booking for your event will automatically be released 30 days prior to the event date, if we have not received your confirmation on or before this date.

Valid Date
Your proposal is only valid until your event date. All prices and availability after that date are subject to change without prior notice.

Confirmation
To confirm your event a 50% non refundable deposit for the entire group must be received by us on or before 45 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy
45-21 days
20% of the participants may be cancelled without penalty. Each participant cancelled in excess of 30% will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to per person net pricing as outlined in your proposal.
 
21-14 days
10% of the participants may be cancelled without penalty. Each participant cancelled in excess of 20% will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to per person net pricing as outlined in your proposal.

Less than 14 days
The total group folio of all services on the groups behalf. Including but not limited to the total number of persons and any other services pre arranged for the event.
 
Payment
Remainder of the balance must be settled 7 days prior to the event. Any additional service or incidentals requested on site during the event are to be settled at the end of the event day.
